We do not move heavy furniture, clean hoarding-level clutter, work at unsafe heights, or handle biohazard waste. Mould remediation, pest control, and major repairs sit outside standard cleaning — ask in your quote if you are unsure and we will confirm scope in writing.

Seasonal bundles and recurring-booking discounts change through the year. Mention “offers” in your message or call and we will apply anything current to your quote.

Quotes assume reasonable access, running water, and power. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Full terms, insurance details, ABN, and guarantee wording are supplied with your booking confirmation.

We collect only the details needed to quote and deliver your clean (name, contact, address, service notes). We do not sell your data. You may request correction or deletion of your information by emailing us.

Deposits and same-day cancellation fees are non-refundable once a crew is scheduled and en route. Rescheduling is free with 24+ hours notice, subject to availability.

If we cancel due to weather, safety, or staffing beyond our control, any prepaid amount is refunded in full or credited to your next booking — your choice.
